This authorization is granted to entities intending to renew the existing provisional authorization. It is valid for one year and can be renewed once. The service is provided by the Ministry of Health( MOH).
The processing time is 5 days, and service is free of charge.
Prerequisites:
Applicants should have their health facility’s license number.
Registered businesses, should have their Company TIN.
Applicants should have a valid phone number, email address, or both.

Follow these simple steps to help a user apply for the service:
Visit www.irembo.gov.rw and log into your agent account.
A small window will pop up. Fill in both your phone number and your password, then click login.
Click the "new application" icon to start a new application.
Under Health, click on Health facility licensing.
Select “Renewal of Provisional Authorization for Registration of Health Facility” from the drop-down menu.
Then click “Apply”.
Enter the health facility’s license number and the rest of the information about the health facility will automatically be filled. Select the Managing Director’s nationality.
Proceed to enter the location of the health facility and the services it provides, both full-time and part-time.
Attach the required and any necessary documents as required then click “Next”.
Verify that the user’s information is accurate, enter their phone number and/or email address, check the verification box, and click on Submit.
An application number will be generated and displayed so that the user can track their application status.
Note:
Once the Ministry of Health receives and approves the user’s application, they will receive a notification confirming the request to renew the Provisional Authorization for Registration of a Health Facility. Then, they can download their certificate.
