This service caters to health facilities seeking a transition in their management. The applicant should possess a valid operating license, whether prompted by evolving needs, organizational restructuring, or strategic considerations. This service is provided by the Ministry of Health.
The processing time is 30 days, and the service is free of charge.
Prerequisites:
A health facility must have a valid operating license number.
Follow these simple steps to help a user apply to change a health facility's management.
Visit www.irembo.gov.rw and log into your agent account.
A small window will pop up. Fill in both your phone number and your password, then click login.
Click the "new application" icon to start a new application.
Under the “Health” category, select the health facility licensing.
Select “Application to change the management” from the drop-down menu.
Click Apply.
Fill in the license number.
Enter the details of the new management including the their identification details and contact information.
Upload the required attachment in the correct format and click Next.
Note: The director's attachment should include the staff CV, practicing license, working permit, criminal record certificate, degree, and certificate of services rendered.
Verify that the user’s information is accurate, enter a phone number and/or email address, check the verification box, and click Submit.
An application number will be generated (B2……..) for the user to follow up on the application status.
Once the application has been approved, the health facility can download the updated license to operate with the new director's details.
