This service is offered to private health facilities requesting to remove staff from an existing health facility with a valid operating license. This is done when there is a change in staffing.
The processing time is 15 Days and the service is Free of Charge.

Applicant must have the health facility license number
Applicant must have a valid phone number or email
Applicant must have details of the staff to be removed

Follow these simple steps to help a health facility request to remove staff.
Visit the Irembo platform at www.irembo.gov.rw and log into your agent account.
A small window will pop up. Fill in both your phone number and your password, then click login.
Click the "new application" icon to start a new application.
Under “Health”, click on Health Facility Licensing.
Under the “Health” category, click on Request to Remove Staff.
Select “Request to Remove Staff in health facility” from the drop-down.
Click “Apply”.
Enter the Health Facility Details including the License Number.
Enter the Staff details including the Staff’s identification and Reason for removal.
Upload the required Attachments and click “Next”.
Verify that the user’s information is accurate, enter their phone number and email address, check the verification box, and click “Submit”.
An application number will be generated (B2…) so the user can track the status of their application.
Note:
Once the Ministry of Health receives and approves the application, the user will receive a notification confirming the request to remove staff.
