How an Agent can help a User make an application to add new services to a health facility.

This service is specifically tailored for health facilities possessing a valid operating license and aiming to augment their service offerings. It meets the needs of healthcare facilities hoping to add new services, expanding the range of healthcare-planned services offered. This service is provided by the Ministry of Health. 


The processing time is 30 days, and the service is free of charge.


Prerequisites

  • A health facility must have a valid operating license number.


Follow these simple steps to help a user apply for the service.


  1. Visit www.irembo.gov.rw and log into your agent account.


  1. A small window will pop up. Fill in both your phone number and your password, then click login.

  1. Click the "new application" icon to start a new application.


  1. Under the “Health” category, select the health facility licensing.


  1. Select “License renewal of the operating license” from the drop-down menu.



  1. Click “Apply”.

  1. Fill in the health facility details (license number, list of additional full-time services, and additional part-time services).

  1. Click on “Add Staff” to fill in the details of the added staff. Then click next to proceed.

  1. Upload the required attachments. then click next to proceed.

  1. Verify that the user’s information is accurate, enter their phone number and/or email address, check the verification box, and click Submit. 

  2. An application number will be generated (B2……..) for the user to follow up on their application status.

After the user’s application has been approved, they will be able to download the updated license to operate with the new list of services offered.
