Click the “new application” icon to start a new application.
Under Immigration and Emigration, click on Relocation to or from Refugee Camps.
Click on Apply and start the application.
Add the applicant's details. Indicate if they are a refugee or asylum seeker, and complete their district of residence, contact details, and any other requested information.
Feel in the relocation details and reason for relocation.
Note: If the applicant is relocating to a refugee camp, they will be provided with a list of available camps to choose from. If they are relocating to an urban area, they will need to select the district where they plan to relocate.

Verify that the applicant’s information is accurate, enter the user’s phone number and/or email address, check the verification box, and click on Submit.
An application number (B2…...) will be sent to the user so they can track their application status.
