How Agents can apply for a Local Organizing Committee Stakeholders Engagement

This service allows sports federations to submit details of their sports events to the Ministry of Sport and have key stakeholders automatically notified and mobilized for the federation's sports events. This article acts as a brief guide for Agents when applying for the service on the user’s behalf.


The processing time is 3 days, and the service is free of charge.

Prerequisites

  • An applicant should have a national ID number.

Follow these simple steps to help a user apply for the service.


  1. Visit the Irembo platform at www.irembo.gov.rw  and log into your agent account.



  1. A small window will pop up. Fill in both your phone number and your password, then click login.

    

  1. Click the "new application" icon to start a new application.



  1. Under the “Sport” category, select “Local Organizing Committee Stakeholders Engagement”.


  1. Click “Apply” to start an application. 


  1. Fill in the "Applicant Details" (national ID, Contact details, and Contact Person details).


  1. Input federation details such as name, contact details, event location and more.


  1. Upload the required attachment, then click Next


  1. Verify that the information is accurate, enter the user’s phone number and/or email address, check the verification box, and click "Submit."

  2. An application number (B2…...) will be provided for the user to track their application status.


Once MINISPORTS receives and approves the applicant’s application, they will receive a confirmation message.
