This service allows individuals and organizations looking to build sport facilities that meet standards to submit required documents to the Ministry of Sports and get recommendations on necessary improvements before proceeding with their construction project. This article acts as a brief guide for an Agent that wants to apply for the service on the user’s behalf.
The processing time is 5 days, and the service is free of charge.

Applicants should have a valid Rwandan National ID number.
Applicants should have a valid phone number or email address.

Follow these simple steps to help a user apply for Infrastructure Development Technical Support.
Visit the Irembo platform at www.irembo.gov.rw and log into your agent account.
A small window will pop up. Fill in both your phone number and your password, then click login.
Click the "new application" icon to start a new application.
Under the “Sport” category, select “Infrastructure Development Technical Support”.
Click Apply.
Enter the Applicant details. Select whether the applicant is an individual or organization and enter the Residence details.
Add the Project Details (Facility type, Project name, Project purpose, and the Facility address).
Upload the required documents in the right format, then click Next.
Verify that the user’s information is accurate; enter their phone number and/or email address, check the verification box, and click Submit.
An application number (B2...) will be generated to follow up on the application status.
After the application has been successfully submitted and approved by MINISPORT, the applicant will receive an SMS or email notifying them that the certificate is available and that they can download it from the IremboGov platform.
