This RAB service facilitates the purchase of vaccines by farmers, as well as private and public veterinarians. The service is provided by the Rwanda Agriculture and Animal Resources Development Board (RAB).
The processing time is 7 days and the price depends on the case.
Prerequisites
Applicants should have a national ID or a valid passport ID.
Applicants should have a phone number and email address or both.
Follow these simple steps to help a user apply for this service.
Visit www.irembo.gov.rw and log into your agent account.
A small window will pop up. Fill in both your phone number and your password, then click login.
Click the “new application” icon to start a new application.
Under the “Agriculture” category, Select “Purchase for Vaccines”
Click Apply to start an application.
Enter the applicant's details, such as the national ID, passport number, email address, phone number, RCVD license number, and their Residence details.
Enter Vaccine Purchase Details: Select the diseases the vaccines will target (the user can choose multiple options) and specify the number of vaccines needed. The total price will automatically be calculated and displayed
Click Next to proceed.
Verify that the user’s information is accurate, enter their phone number and/or email address, check the verification box, and click Submit.
An application number will be generated (B2….) so the user can track the status of their application.
Upon submission, the application will be processed by RAB and will receive an email or SMS notifying them of any status updates.
Once the RAB logistics officer reviews and approves the user’s application, they will receive a notification with their Bill ID.
They can use the Bill ID to pay for the vaccines through their preferred modes of payment.
After payment, the user will receive a confirmation via SMS and/or email with instructions on where to collect their vaccine.
