Its goal is to ensure that imported goods meet the country's specific regulatory and standard requirements.  The Rwanda Institute for Conservation Agriculture(RICA) provides the service.

The processing time is 3 working days, and the service is free of charge.

Prerequisite:

  • This service is eligible for adult individuals (Rwandans with national IDs & foreigners with passports) and companies with TIN.
