This article provides a step-by-step guide for agents assisting citizens in downloading their e-certificates or receipts via IremboGov. Agents can initiate the download of citizens' receipts once they've made successful payments for their applications. Furthermore, once citizens have successfully applied, made payments, and received approval, agents can download the e-certificates on their behalf.
Prerequisites:
Agents should be logged into their IremboGov accounts to download a receipt or an e-certificate.
The agent must have the application or billing numbers of the citizen's application for reference.
There should be a confirmation of approval from the responsible institution for them to download a certificate.
Internet access and a computer or smartphone should be available.
Follow these simple steps to download the e-certificate/receipt:
Visit the Irembo platform: www.irembo.gov.rw and log in to your agent account.
Note: When you click on "log in," you will agree to new terms of use, including the privacy policy of IremboGov.
Enter the application or billing number/I.D. in the search space and click the button. Your application details will be displayed.
Click on the Download icon and select "Download Certificate" or "DownloadReceipt," depending on what you want to download.
Choose your preferred language for your e-certificate or Receipt and click download e-certificate/ receipt.
Note:
If the service requires selecting the certificate language during the application process, the certificate and receipt can only be downloaded in the language chosen while applying.
