How Agents Can Apply for the Issuance of a Recommendation Letter to an NGO by MINEDUC
This service aims to provide recommendation letters specifically tailored for international non-governmental organizations operating in Rwanda under the Ministry of Education. This service is provided by the Ministry of Education (MINEDUC). This article acts as a brief guide for Agents applying for the service on the user’s behalf.
The processing time is 5 days, and the service is free of charge.
Prerequisites
An applicant should have a national ID number, a valid passport, a foreign ID or a refugee ID.
Applicants should have a valid phone number and email address.

Follow these simple steps to help a user apply for the issuance of a recommendation letter to an NGO by MINEDUC.
Visit the Irembo platform at www.irembo.gov.rw and log into your agent account.
A small window will pop up. Fill in both your phone number and your password, then click login.
Click the "new application" icon to start a new application.
Under the "Education" category, click “Issuance of a Recommendation Letter to an NGO by MINEDUC.
Click “Apply” to start an application.
Fill in the "Applicant Details"; Select the applicant's citizenship, contact details, and Representative position.
Fill in the NGO’s details, Such as the names, contact details, and location.
Fill out the MoU's details.
Upload the required attachment, then click Next.
Note:
The required attachments change based on the reason for the application.
Verify that the user’s information is accurate, enter their phone number and/or email address, check the verification box, and click "Submit."
An application number (B2…...)is provided for the user to track their application status.
Note:
Upon submission, the user’s application will be processed by MINEDUC.
Once the application has been approved, they can download their e-certificate.
