How can an Irembo Agent help Users Request Plots in the Industrial Parks?

This service allows manufacturing businesses in Rwanda to request Land in Industrial Parks. The Government of Rwanda designated industrial parks to streamline operations and facilitate growth. Qualifying companies will be invited to the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MINICOM) to discuss their request in detail.

Before starting an application make sure the applicant has the following documents;

1. Business Plan 

2. Tentative Architectural Drawings 

3. Copy of passport 

4. RDB Registration Certificate (Full registration information of domestic company). 

5. Business owner’s Signature

1. Investment Certificate 

2. Other Supporting Document 

3. Assessment Report

4. Validation report (with new site map)

5. Cadastral Plan 

6. Environmental Impact Assessment ( EIA)
