This service allows businesses that have been approved to pay for plots in industrial parks in installments to complete their payments. The service is provided and processed by the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MINICOM).
The processing time depends on the selected years of payment, and the fees depend on the plot size.
Prerequisites:
Application Number for the user’s Request for Plots in Industrial Parks.
A Rwandan ID (National ID, Foreigner ID, Refugee ID).
A valid phone number or email address.
Follow these steps to help a user make Installment Payments for Plots in Industrial Parks.
Visit the Irembo platform at www.irembo.gov.rw and log into your agent account.
A small window will pop up. Fill in both your phone number and your password, then click login.
Click the "new application" icon to start a new application.
Under Trade and Industry, select State Land Industrial Parks
Choose “Installment Payments for Plots in Industrial Parks” from the drop-down menu.
Click Apply to start a new application.
Enter the application's details: Application number for your “Request for Plots in Industrial Parks” and select the Installment you would like to pay. Then click “Next.”
6. Verify that the information is accurate, enter the user’s phone number and/or email address, check the verification box, and click Submit.
7. A billing ID will be generated (88…….) so the user can make his/her payment. Click Pay!
