This service allows Sports Federations and other sports-related organizations to apply for financial support from the Ministry of Sports for the international sports events that they are organizing and hosting. This article guides the agent on how to apply for the service on the user’s behalf.
The processing time is 5 days, and the service is free of charge.
Prerequisites:
Applicants should have a valid Rwandan National ID number.
Applicants should have a valid phone number or email address.

Follow these simple steps to help a user apply for Financial support for an International Sports Event.
Visit the Irembo platform at www.irembo.gov.rw and log into your agent account.
A small window will pop up. Fill in both your phone number and your password, then click login.
Click the "new application" icon to start a new application.
Under the “Sports” category select “International event hosting permits”.
Click “Apply”.
Enter the Applicant details;
National ID number, phone number, and email,
Contact Person’s details, and Federation details.
Provide the Application Number for your application for authorization to host an international event. The application must have been approved.
Fill in the Fund Details;
Amount needed,
Bank name and Account number.
Upload the required documents in the right format, then click Next.
Verify that the user’s information is true; enter their phone number and/or email address, check the verification box, and click Submit.
An application number (B2...) will be generated for the user to follow up on the application status.
Note:
After the application has been successfully submitted and approved by MINISPORT, the applicant receives an SMS or email notifying them that the certificate is available and that they can download it from the IremboGov platform.
