How does an applicant know how much they must pay for a mutuelle?

They are advised to contact the Local Administrative Entities Development Agency (LODA) officer of the cell where they reside to get information regarding payment details.

How do I know the head of my household on IremboGov?
You check with the Local Administrative Entities Development Agency (LODA) officer of the cell an applicant lives in to know the head of that household. 
How does an applicant change the head of the household? 
They are advised to check with LODA officer of the cell they live in to change the head of the household. 
When does a fiscal year start and end? 
The fiscal year of paying for mutuelle starts in July of the current year and ends in June of next year. 
Some of the applicant's family members have other insurance. How do they pay for the rest without including them? 

The applicant has to visit the nearest health center, with copies of the members' insurance, to update the status in their system. After it is updated, they can pay for those without other insurance.

An applicant did not pay for the previous fiscal year and now wants to pay for the current year. What should they do? 
They will pay the previous year first via IremboGov, then for the current year. 
How long does an applicant have to wait for treatment after paying for mutuelle? 
After payment, the head of the household and the family members are eligible for treatment for the year they paid for.
