This service allows Public and private institutions, Academia, Civil Society organizations, international & local organizations, and Faith-Based Organizations working in the areas related to the MIGEPROF mandate to apply for MIGEPROF MoU (Memorandum of Understanding). This Memorandum of Understanding has a 1-year validity period. The service is provided by the Ministry of Gender and Family Promotion (MIGEPROF). This article acts as a brief guide for an Agent when applying for the service on the user’s behalf.
The processing time is 30 days, and the service is free of charge.

Follow these steps to help a user apply for a MIGEPROF Memorandum Of Understanding (MoU)
Visit the Irembo platform at www.irembo.gov.rw and log into your agent account.
A small window will pop up. Fill in both your phone number and your password, then click login.
Click the "new application" icon to start a new application.
Under the "Family" category, click “Gender and Family Promotion MoUs”.
Select “New Memorandum of Understanding” from the drop-down menu.
Click "Apply” to start an application.
Note: Download and help the user fill out the action plan template, then add it as an attachment to this application.
Select the user’s "organization category" from the dropdown. Fill in details about his/her organization and contact person information.
Select the domain of intervention.
Upload the required attachments in the correct format and click Next.
Note: Use the template at the top of the application form for all required attachments.
Verify that all the user’s information is correct, check the confirmation box, and click "Submit.”
An application number (e.g., B2...) will be provided for the applicant to track their application status.
Once the user application has been approved, they will receive their MoU via email. The user can always download it from IremboGov using an application or billing number.
