How Agents can help applicants apply for a Visit to National Heroes' Mausoleums.

NOTE: Applicants should be informed that visit time is Monday to Sunday from 9 am to 5pm.



Prerequisites

  • Applicants must have an identification document ( national ID for Rwandans or passport for foreigners).

  • If applying for a group, you will need a list of all the group members (template provided during the application process).

  • This service is open to both Rwandan citizens and foreigners.


Follow these simple steps to help an applicant request a visit to National Heroes' Mausoleums.


  1. Visit the Irembo platform at www.irembo.gov.rw  and click on “Log in”.

  1. A small window will pop up. Fill in both your phone number and your password, then click login.


  1. Click the "new application" icon to start a new application.


  1. Under Visiting Museums, Mausoleums And Memorials, click on Visiting National Heroes’ Mausoleums.


  1. Click Apply.


  1. Fill in the visiting details. Select the location, visiting date and more!

  2. Enter the Applicant’s details. Select whether they are an Individual or Group.

  3. Click “Next” !


  1. Verify that the applicant’s information is true; enter their phone number and/or email address, check the verification box, and click Submit. 

  2. An application number (B2…...) to track their application status will be provided.

Once the site manager they wish to visit receives and approves their application, they will receive an SMS or email notification confirming their scheduled visit.
