The Public Works Laboratory & Field Test Service allows users to access various laboratory and field tests conducted by the Rwanda Transport Development Agency (RTDA). Prerequisites.
When applying for an individual, applicants need a valid national ID number.
When applying for a private company, applicants need the company’s name.
When applying for a government institution, you will need the institution's name.
Follow these simple steps to help a user to Apply for the Public Works Laboratory & Field Test Service.
Visit the Irembo platform at www.irembo.gov.rw and log into your agent account.
A small window will pop up. Fill in both your phone number and your password, then click login.
Click the "new application" icon to start a new application.
Under Infrastructure and Environment, click on Request for Laboratory and Field Tests.
Click "Apply" to start the application process.
Select the applicant’s type (individual, private company, or government institution) and provide the required details, such as the applicant’s identification document number, company name, or institution name.
Note:
If you are applying for an individual, their personal details will be auto-filled from the National ID database after you enter their ID number.
Choose the specific parameter or test the applicant needs from the list under each sample category, enter the quantity, and review the calculated price.
Verify that the applicant’s information is true, enter the applicant’s phone number and/or email address, check the verification box, and click Submit.
A billing Number/ID (88…) will be generated for payment. Click Pay.
Applicants get to choose their preferred mode of payment. For more information about payment modes, click here.
After successful payment, a receipt can be downloaded on IremboGov using the applicant’s application or billing number.
