Password reset for agents' accounts

This offers step-by-step instructions on how Irembo Agents can change their password, addressing different scenarios like forgetting their password or other data privacy matters that might require a password reset.


Prerequisites

  • An agent must have an active Rwandan phone number.

  • The phone number must match the one used during the account creation process.


Follow these simple steps to reset your password: 

Step 1: Visit Irembo platformwww.irembo.gov.rw platform and click on Log In

Step 2: A pop-up window will appear. Click on Forgot Password

Step 3: Enter your Rwandan phone number and click on Reset Password. 

Step 4: A Verification Code will be sent to the phone number. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) and click on Submit

Step 5:  Enter your new password and confirm it. Then, click on Submit a new password


Now, you are good to go! You shall receive an SMS notification from Irembo confirming you changed your password.
