This service allows Rwandans to register for a definitive driving license test. It is a practical test to evaluate the applicant's ability to drive a motor vehicle. The minimum age to attend this test is 18 years. The applicant can take the practical test in only one of these categories: A, B, or F. Applicants with disabilities can choose between A1 or B1, but the Busanza test center will only support 3 categories, which are A and B. The service is provided by the Rwanda National Police (RNP).
Take note to relay to the user that this service takes 1 day to process and costs Rwf 10,000, excluding the BUSANZA test center. The billing number is valid for 8 hours, after which the reserved slot will be available to other applicants if payment is not received.
Note: This is a slot-based service whereby there is a limited number of slots available, and the first to come is the first to be served. Upon payment for the test registration, the applicant shall be allocated a test slot based on the date of choice and test location.
